Release notes may 2024

At Lexerta, we base our developments mainly on the wishes and requirements of our customers and users. Several times a year we release new features, improvements and bug fixes.

New features

Riskreporter dashboard enhancement

Ahead of the launch of the new Riskreporter, the dashboard in the Pharius Risk Manager module has been extended with a number of additional filters. The report type from Riskreporter has also been added to the dashboard. As a result, in the report it is possible to filter notifications by type and by date of completion. For each notification, the time it took to complete a notification is also shown.

Custom labels for registry rules

Labels can be attached to each register line, very useful for quick filtering of the register. An organisation administrator can create and modify these labels himself in the Pharius administration screen.

Improvements

Archived lines no longer displayed in the dashboard

Recently, the ability to archive registry lines was added to Pharius. However, these archived lines were still displayed in the Compliance dashboard. From now on, the compliance dashboard is filtered for unarchived lines by default. Using the filters on the left side of the dashboard, it is possible to display archived lines as well.

Bug fixes

Registers/Compliance

The counter for the number of lines without a theme did not always display correctly for Dutch customers, this has been fixed.

Notifications

The pagination counters for notifications sometimes showed an incorrect number, this has been fixed.

Audit

The title of the information field for an audit was always in Dutch. This is now displayed in the user’s language again.
