Release notes march 2024

At Lexerta, we base our developments mainly on the wishes and requirements of our customers and users. Several times a year we release new features, improvements and bug fixes.

New features

New fields on notifications

Lexerta will soon launch the updated Riskreporter app.

In preparation for this, a number of changes have already been made to the Risk Manager module in Pharius. This module integrates the RiskReporter app into the existing Pharius environment.

For each notification, you now see the time of reporting the risk, an extra risk level ‘Urgent’ has been added and for each notification you can indicate which type of notification it concerns (Dangerous situation | Dangerous action | Near accident | Incident).

As an organisation administrator, you can also change the available types or add one.

Warning assigned actions when deleting user

When deleting a user, it is now shown how many open tasks, audits and/or notifications are assigned to this user. This allows you to first take action to assign the actions to another user before deleting the user.

Improvements

Full overview of changes per register line by default

In the details screen of a register line, all changes, both completed and open, are now displayed at the bottom of the screen by default. This gives a nice overview of the open and completed changes per register line.

Bug fixes

Registers – Compliance

  • Archived register lines were still showing in themes, this has been fixed.
  • After setting compliance, previously set filters disappeared, this has been fixed.
  • For French-speaking users, there was an issue with the icon indicating whether a change document is available for a change, this has been fixed.
  • Completed changes were shown on changes to be assessed, this has been fixed.
  • The changes completed counter on the dashboard stayed at 0%, this works again.
