Release notes 2025-05

At Lexerta, we base our developments mainly on the wishes and requirements of our customers and users. Several times a year we release new features, improvements and bug fixes.

New features

With this update, we’re introducing new features that further enrich the application and expand the possibilities for users.

New text fields for audit reports

An additional text field has been added to the audit screen:

  • Auditor’s report: While conducting an audit, auditors can now enter their findings and comments. This can be done before submitting the audit and is easily accessible via the navigation tree to the left of the questionnaire.
  • Lead auditor’s report: During the analysis phase, the lead auditor can add a general assessment in text form to the audit.

Note: These text fields are already available in the application but are not yet displayed in the audit report. This will be included in one of the upcoming releases.

Improvements

We’ve implemented several improvements to enhance the application’s performance and optimise the user experience.

Filter tasks by audit and action

In the Tasks Dashboard, you can now easily filter tasks based on their origin:

  • Show all tasks linked to a specific audit
  • Show all tasks resulting from audits or actions

This gives you a clear overview of the follow-up actions related to your audits and improvement measures.

Filter by custom labels in the Compliance Dashboard

In the Compliance Dashboard, you can now filter legislation based on the custom labels linked to register items. This makes it easier to quickly find relevant rules.

Export function for register overview

In the register overview, it’s now possible to export all register items. You can apply a filter to the register first and then export the filtered selection of items.

Bug fixes

We’ve made a number of small improvements to further enhance the stability and performance of the application.

General

  • The dropdown menu for filters was not displaying correctly.
  • Logging in to Pharius was sometimes slow; we’ve improved the performance.

Tasks

  • The deadline was no longer being shown in the dashboard.
  • There was a bug in the task counter when using the register filter at the top of the screen.
