Release notes 2025-02
At Lexerta, we base our developments mainly on the wishes and requirements of our customers and users. Several times a year we release new features, improvements and bug fixes.
Improvements
Export functions changes to be assessed and notifications
Both in the notifications overview and the changes to be assessed overview, an export function has been added. The functionality is similar to how task exports work. By filtering the overviews before exporting, it is possible to retrieve a filtered set of data.
Expansion of audit reporting
In this first update of the audit report, anomalies discovered during an audit are highlighted at the top. Measures linked to the audit are also included in the report from now on. This gives a clearer picture of the actions to be taken as a result of the audit.
Change from date to deadline in tasks
In tasks, the deadline was displayed as “Date”, however, this was confusing and not in line with how deadlines are displayed in other places in Pharius. The label has now been changed to “Deadline”.
Extension of search functionality in registers
Within a register, a search functionality was recently added that allows a quick search on the title of a document in the register. To this, it has been added that this search function now also gives results based on the titles of fragments of a document.
Organisation name in email notifications
All email notifications now include the organisation name at the bottom.
Up-to-dateness of the register on dashboard disappears
The graph on the dashboard showing the up-to-dateness of registers will disappear. Currently, the percentage is based on the “last reviewed” date, which must be entered manually for each register. As this date is not automatically updated after a change in the register, it is often forgotten to update it. This leads to a distorted picture in the graph. In a next step, the “last reviewed” date disappears completely from the registers, except for customers working with a partner. For them, the date is retained.
Bug fixes

- (NL) On Pharius’ dashboard, the number of included proprietary documents included archived registry lines.
- The graph showing the number of processed changes to be assessed remained at 0%. The graph now shows the correct percentage.
